The GRIT conference in Zaragoza

It is with great excitement that we invite you to participate in the upcoming first International Conference on the “Development of Socio-emotional Competencies” hosted by CIDECS in Zaragoza on the 21st and 22nd February 2024 and organised within the wider frame of the GRIT project.

With a focus on fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and inspiring action, the conference will bring together experts, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from diverse fields and backgrounds to explore the role on non cognitive skills in development and career development. The theme of this year’s conference, “Unlocking the Future of Sustainable Development,” reflects the urgent need to address pressing global challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, social inequality, and economic instability. Recognizing that the pursuit of sustainable development requires perspectives from all sectors of society, the conference welcomes participants from academia, government, non-governmental organizations, industry, and grassroots organizations. By bringing together individuals with diverse expertise and experiences, it aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and catalyze transformative change.

Through a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and presentations, participants will have the opportunity to delve into various aspects of sustainable development, explore innovative solutions, and engage in meaningful dialogue.

The conference will provide a platform for showcasing cutting-edge research, best practices, and success stories from around the world.  We encourage you to mark your calendars and register for the Conference today.
